Hearts easel card and affection collection

We have been having a few problems with our internet at the moment. The connection is very intermittent and is becoming frustrating. Whenever I try to upload onto my blog there is no connection and have to keep coming back to it. So apologies if the posts are sporadic, I will continue to upload when possible.

Here are the cards we made at Running with Scissors on Thursday afternoon.

We used the hearts collection framelits to cut out some pink pirouette card to make the heart easel card. Various layers in pink pirouette and whisper white were cut and either embossed with vintage wallpaper folder or stamped and heat embossed using the heart from the You are Loved stamp set

The occasions paper piercing pack is from the new mini catalogue which is out on 1st February and used to create the holes around the edges of the pink hearts. Boho blossoms and elegant butterfly punch were also used as embellishments. Can you spot a small piece of silver glimmer paper peeking behind the second pink heart?

The second card used a colour combination of rose red, pool party, pink pirouette and whisper white

The Stamp set used is Affection Collection and will no longer be available after today, Thursday 31st January. It is part of the Autumn/Winter seasonal catalogue
